Bellwove products are digital downloads. No physical goods are shipped. After the payment provider accepts an order, Shopify Digital Products normally sends or displays access instructions. The current access limit is five.

Download the purchased files promptly, save an unchanged original, and extract any ZIP archive before editing. The Basic Edition includes the ebook PDF, start file, license notice, and manifest. The Complete Edition includes the Screen PDF, Print PDF, EPUB, user guide, three templates in printable/fillable/editable formats, license notice, changelog, and manifest.

If delivery fails or a listed file is missing, wrong, or corrupt, preserve the order record and contact zexinzhao9999@gmail.com or +86 19702965621. Include your order number, purchase email, product name, affected filename, and device. We may correct or redeliver the file or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
