Digital delivery and printed books
One Hour Story (US$88) is delivered as a reading PDF. Keepsake Story (US$200) includes a reading PDF, production of one standard hardcover with a personalised printed cover, and standard shipping to supported destinations for that included book. Signature Story (US$750) includes its stated digital files and one standard premium clothbound hardcover with a full-colour interior. Custom or Bespoke Memoir delivery is defined in its written quotation. The included formats and files are listed on the product page, order confirmation, or accepted quotation.
Digital delivery does not require physical shipping. Bellwove may deliver through email, a private download link, or another agreed secure method after the edition reaches the agreed delivery stage. Delivery estimates begin only after the interviews, source materials, feedback, and approvals required for the commission have been received.
Keepsake Story shipping coverage
The US$200 Keepsake Story price includes standard shipping of its included hardcover to non-remote addresses in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy. For other countries, remote areas, offshore islands or overseas territories, please confirm delivery with your country and postal code before ordering. Any additional delivery cost is agreed before you pay. Duties and import taxes are not included.
Physical editions and upgrades
A physical book is not included in the US$88 One Hour Story price. The US$200 Keepsake Story price includes production of one standard printed-cover hardcover and standard shipping to supported destinations for that included book; cloth covers, foil and other special finishes are not included. The US$750 Signature Story price includes production of one standard premium clothbound hardcover with a full-colour interior. Extra copies, upgraded materials, presentation boxes, and other custom options are additional.
Keepsake Story includes standard shipping to supported destinations for its included hardcover. Signature Story shipping is quoted separately once the delivery destination and final book are known; Bellwove also confirms its included cloth, foil and endpaper choices. You approve the complete digital proof before printing.
For extra copies, upgraded materials, or a Custom Memoir edition, Bellwove may issue a separate quotation. Depending on the project, the quotation may include:
- paper, cover, binding, and finishing materials;
- proofing, printing, binding, and other production work;
- quantity, packaging, and handling;
- carrier shipping and any optional tracking or insurance; and
- other agreed supplier costs.
Production does not begin until you approve the specification and make any payment required for additional options or separately quoted Signature Story shipping. Standard international shipping is included with Keepsake Story.
Physical production remains subject to the selected printer's lawful business category, required documentation, content acceptance, destination rules, and any publication or printing approval that applies. Bellwove may use an authorised supplier in China or another country, or decline physical production if a compliant route is not available. The physical-edition service does not include public publication, an ISBN, retail distribution, or bookstore placement unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Customs charges, import duties, brokerage charges, destination taxes, and similar government or carrier charges are additional unless the written quotation expressly states that a particular charge is included. The recipient is responsible for charges imposed at the destination to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customs authorities and carriers may require recipient information or supporting documents. Delays caused by customs review, unpaid destination charges, incomplete recipient information, or local import restrictions are outside Bellwove's direct control.
Address and delivery information
You must review the recipient name, telephone number, delivery address, postal code, and country before approving physical production or shipment. Tell Bellwove immediately if anything changes. Address corrections, re-routing, storage, return-to-sender, or re-shipment may create additional carrier or production charges, which Bellwove will explain before charging where practical.
Production and delivery estimates
Any production or shipping date is an estimate unless Bellwove expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Timing can be affected by material availability, printer and bindery capacity, proof approval, carrier operations, customs, weather, public holidays, and destination conditions. Bellwove will communicate material delays it becomes aware of but does not promise a date controlled by a third-party supplier or carrier.
Damage, defects, and delivery problems
Inspect a physical delivery promptly. If the package or book is damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the approved specification, contact Bellwove promptly with the order number, packaging photographs, and clear photographs of the issue. Keep the packaging while the carrier or supplier review is open.
Bellwove will investigate with the printer, bindery, supplier, or carrier and arrange the remedy required by the agreement and applicable law. Personalised physical editions are not ordinarily returnable for a change of mind after approved production begins, to the extent permitted by law; mandatory rights for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Digital delivery support
If you do not receive the expected digital delivery or cannot access it, check the order email and spam folder, then contact Bellwove using the details on the Contact page or in the order confirmation. Bellwove will verify the order and, where appropriate, restore access or provide a replacement delivery method.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights for delayed, lost, damaged, defective, or misdescribed goods or services.
