These terms apply to orders placed through the Bellwove store. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 or otherwise legally capable of contracting, and that you have authority to purchase for any organization named in the order.

Product descriptions identify the edition and listed files. Prices, currency, applicable tax, and total shown at checkout apply to the order. Payment must be accepted by the configured provider before digital access is issued. Digital files are delivered through Shopify Digital Products after accepted payment; the current access limit is five. Customers are responsible for saving the original download, extracting any ZIP archive, and using compatible software and devices.

A purchase grants only the single-user rights described in the included LICENSE-AND-COPYRIGHT.pdf. The original ebook, templates, editable source files, and support files may not be resold, publicly posted, or shared among educators. Bellwove does not offer a team or multi-user license at launch. Bellwove supports planning and review; it does not certify a lesson, provide legal or curriculum advice, or guarantee teaching or student outcomes.

Third-party links, tools, and services may change. Customers must follow applicable privacy, accessibility, safeguarding, copyright, and school requirements and must not send student records, passwords, or full payment-card data through support.
